Job Description:
Our client is one of the world’s leading multinational companies developing producing and selling natural, nutritional and high-quality dairy nutritional ingredients and other functional ingredients. They produce and market a broad range of high-quality, distinctive ingredients and semi–finished products based on whey, milk and other dairy components. These products are sold to food and beverage, sports nutrition; infant foods and pharmaceuticals manufacturers across the world. Due to recent growth, they are seeking an experienced PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SCIENTIST to join their R&D team located in the Binghamton, NY area. The R&D department for the Nutritional Division utilizes Dairy based ingredients, Whey Proteins and Protein hydrostates to develop and scale up new products, support the production facility with both product and process modifications, provide technical support to customers in the Food and PharmaceuticalSegmentsand become an expert in our core ingredients and their applications.
