Marketing Manager INGREDIENTS & FLAVOR MANUFACTURER

Location: Los Angeles, CA

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is a growing Southern Calif. headquartered food ingredient and food flavor manufacturer. They are currently looking to hire an ingredient/flavor Marketing Manager. 

• This key position reports directly to the President.
• Applicant will be responsible to prepare industry presentations, support sales effort with marketing etc.
• This position will have some direct contact with clients. 
• The Marketing Manager will be involved in the setting of prices, maintenance of profit margins, attend trade shows and will develop "sales kit" materials. 
• Spread sheet analysis important skill-set in this position.

Requirements 

The ideal applicant will have 4+ years experience as a project manager or assistant marketing manager ready to make a move into a manager’s position.

 Must have at least a BA/BS. MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Prefer food ingredient experience but will consider Consumer Packaged Goods orientation and even non-food types
