JOB SUMMARY

Our client is a mid sized, well respected Flavor Company that continues to enjoy organic grow year after year. This Company and position is based in the NY Metropolitan area.

They are currently seeking to fill a key position - Business Development Manager with specialization in the area of health and wellness, nutritional and pharmaceutical product applications.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an appropriate undergraduate technical degree ( i.e. food science, nutrition, pharmacy, etc.,) along with an M.B.A.
The candidate should have 2-5 years of commercial work experience in the health and wellness industry, preferably in flavor or ingredient business development and marketing.
The candidate is expected to be knowledgeable with current trends and scientific developments in this field.
The candidate should be a self-starter, resourceful, strategically focused, sales and profit driven, and a team player.
The position will require approximately 30% domestic travel.
